Not sure if I saw this thread here or elsewhere, but I do notice people touting how many days they have skied this season so I figure a thread on it may not be a bad idea. Me, I have 34 days so far, hoping to get in 50, not looking too good but at least maybe I’ll surpass last year’s total of 44. I’ve been lucky enough to hit the following mountains:

Mt. Snow
Killington/Pico
Sugarbush
Stowe
Burke
Hunter
Solitude
Snowbasin
Snowbird
Alta
Brighton
Powder Mountain

6 days, 2 nights. Not a lot compared to the folks here but it's a definite improvement from last year, especially considering that I have been paying $16/day average - that's not counting poached stuff or the little BC I did. If I count all those then I have 10 days, 2 nights.

Hunter -2
Stowe -2
Killington -2
MRG -1
Sugarbush -1
Cranmore Mtn nights (on tele) -2

I haven't got a clue how many days, but I've been having fun.

So far I've been to the following this year:
  • Snow - 1
  • Hunter - 2
  • Sundown - a bunch
  • Mohawk - 1
  • Magic - 1
  • BEast - 1
  • Jiminy - 1

And I'll be hitting Gore for the first time soon too. It's not as impressive as Andy's list, but it's a lot of different places for me in one year.

I definitely don't get out as much as many so I don't know if the TR links in my sig could be considered "touting". All I know if I have 25 days in so far which is exactly the final total of my busiest season (2004-05). After tonight I top it. 3-4 more definite days planned, a few more night sessions are likely and probably a few other random days peppered in. My goal was 30 this season and I should definitely break that. Maybe 33-35 so I'm psyched. It's shaping up to be my best season ever, by far. Who would've guessed that back in Nov, Dec, and the first part of Jan?

Hunter - 2
Catamount - 5
Mohawk - 1
Ski Sundown - 7
Mt. Snow - 1
Berkshire East - 2

Shooting for 2 - 5 more days.

My list:
  • Mount Snow (1 X)
  • Hunter (4 X)
  • Sundown (11 X)
  • Jiminy (2 X)
  • Sugarbush (4 X)
  • Magic (1 X)
  • Berkshire East (1 X)
  • Mad River Glen (1 X)
Sundown, Gore, MRG and Jiminy are still on the docket.

Nineteen excellent days so far:

Sunday River - 7
Killington - 4
Sunapee - 2
Crotched Mountain - 1
Wachusset - 1
Okemo - 1
Pico - 1
Burke - 1
Sugarbush - 1

Not much by most standards but that's easily head and shoulders over last year for me. Two days in the MRV this weekend, two days at the Loaf next weekend and a day each weekend in April (except Easter) and I'm probably looking at 27 for the year.

What's more amazing is that I think you skied with my ugly ass on all but two of those days...that's the shameful part.... ;)

The season is shaping up nicely, with over 2 months left..........

Season total = 25 days:

2 Windham
1 Mt Greylock
4 Alta Badia Italy
7 La Grave France
11 Sugarbush

Still to come:

2 at Alta Badia this weekend (March 17 & 18)
9 Sugarbush (that is the plan)
7 Sorcerer Lodge in Canada's Selkirks
2 - 3 Tucks/Great Gulf
1 Mt Marcy
1 Mt Mansfield

Trying to hit MA, VT, NH, and NY's highest peaks and ski from the summit. So far only Greylock has been notched, but should be able to get Mansfield and the Chin in the next few weeks. Tucks and Washington will be easy, Marcy will be the wild card, but it is slated for the first two weeks of April, so we'll see.

Total of 11 trips. Nowhere near as many as most AZers.

What I expected, but still not enough...

Interesting replys when taking into consideration how much folks were crying about the crappy season just a couple of months ago :)

Couple of months? Barely a month I think. The Valentine's day (2/14) storm was the "start" of the good part of the season.

I'm happy...I'll hit 40 days this weekend and it looks good for me to get my yearly seasonal goal of 50.
