i'll be there!!

andy, i thought you WERE going??

Tough call, made plans with a couple couples :) , And it's either hiking in preparation for Tux next weekend or possible skiing at Hunter, good deal at $25 for Big lift card holders. Was planning on hiking tomorrow, but now they're predicting rain.

I'll be in a bump clinic.

With no bumps because they're all at Belleayre.

Bump clinic...hell you might as well teach it...I did it last year and you're way better than the teacher we had..not that he wasn't good but you're better..no Bs.
Only thing wrong with the timing of this clinic...is that its at the end of the season... guess we will see you on upper xover.

Any decent bump lines to trash???

steveo

In these conditions...the whole place. Clairs...steepest/longest, Lower K-27 really steepest but short, upper crossover total bumpfield, best lines, racers edge, steep by inconsistant....you get the point.

We were hoping to be there tomorrow, but it's just not going to work out for us.

It was a PSIA advanced bump clinic.

I needed the re-up credits to keep my certification.

I was surprised...the group I was in were all good bump skiers which is not the norm for these events. So it was really alot of fun.

Best part was Saturday afternoon on Racer's...lot's of good bump lines, very good snow. And we skied most of the afternoon without poles. I've watched the bump coaches run this drill with the kids and personally thought it would be a disaster in my case, but I was amazed at how easily I adapted to it and how well I skied without the poles. Running zippers without poles and feeling good doing it was a revelation. I will use this drill in my personal skiing alot next season.
