I used to think "Hot Dog" was about the greatest movie ever made.
Same here. My parents still don't do anything. But we won't be like that with our children.I don't have any...my Parents weren't very into winter
or, tennis, or golf, or baseball, or football, or ice hockey...you get the idea
Now, I do all of that stuff with my family
That explains a lot....Although I can say "I used to think" because I never really did much thinking in general. Hence the drool strains on all my shirts.
When I first started skiing (at 26 yo, so only 4 years ago!) the rentals I had to use were rear-entry and I thought they were the greatest thing ever. I only wanted rear-entry boots and was disappointed that I couldn't buy any. Thankfully, my views have changed on that. For a short period I believed rear-entry boots were cool.
I hear you on that!I used to think skiing was for rich folks. Now I'm all grown up, not at all rich, and I ski quite a lot!

Of course I used to think I was God, being a full cert PSIA member and all but then with my dyslexia I am now trying to figure out if it's God or Dog
