JIm Liberty cabin

I am researching destinations for a snowshoe hike with about 8 people. An overnight stay at a backcountry cabin would be a nice option. Champney Falls trail on Mount Chocorua with a stay at Jim Liberty cabin has caught my eye. I am trying to find out how to register a stay at this cabin. Can anyone offer a recommendation?

No registration, it's an open shelter with first come first served policy. It's really a bare bones place, but nice to get out of the weather. There are no accomidations there except for the 6 bunks and a cooking area.
