I was grilling the guy at my local shop about clear vs. yellow. He felt the same way as you. But then he also claimed that the iridium lenses on the A frames I had bought at another shop would work for night skiing too.

I actully feel the best night lense is the Scott Night Amplifier lense. It is a greenish aqua color. I was given a pair of them by a rep, they just are the wrong goggles for me. I cant find a pair of Scott Goggles that I actully like the fit of with my helmet and face.
