Yup--probably the lowest high speed quad--right before cat track you could literally jump off (they have a "ski tip's up" sign) --and some years they have to clear the snow out of there to run it!Wildcat Express
Powder Ridge has one roped off cause its pretty loe. Girl attempted to jump about 10 years ago but seems like her friend didnt want to go, so didnt lift safety bar and tragically got choked by helmet strap.
SO Don't jump from lifts

Superstar lift at K is the lowest lift I can think of.

They need to dig it out every year, often several times. I was riding the lift the other day with only a few inches of natural on the ground & my skis could touch the top of the twigs sticking up through the snow.I remember a season that they had to dig the snow below the chair to make clearance and chair was running below the skiing surface.
+1 on Wildcat's Express quad. Even if they are covering the trails through snowmaking, it is still very low.
