Actually more of a skate/climb to get to the west side IMHO. More of the traffic seems to head to the east.

Question for those that have been there recently. As I understand it, Redline is down so only Blackline is running. How easy (or difficult) is it to get from there to the east side of the mountain (to ski Goniff, TZ, or Redline)?
That's my plan as well.Maybe Wednesday. Maybe.
Thanks everyone. Is the Black chair as wind-resistant as the Red chair?

Just got back. (OK, Just got back, drank three tequillas, made/ate dinner, now I'm posting.)
Black chair is lower in the trees than the Red. It was windy up there today, but the ride up was comfy.
The skiing in the morning was awesome everywhere. There was some scouring by the afternoon, but still really good. Contrary to posts on other forums, I found many untracked stashes.
They have a killer base and there are still plenty of goods to be had. With this next storm, it's be wicked killah' awesome. GO WEDNESDAY!!!
