tcharron, Need to clarify one point.
The prices posted:
Magic Mountain @ $10 each
Pat's Peak @ $15 (no blackout dates)
Suicide Six @ $5 each
are the FINAL prices offered. Back in August they started at a higher price than this - typically 2x, I just don't recall. The price is reduced if demand is low. It was quite a suprise to have Pat's tickets this late in the season.

The other thing that happens is that about this time of year, members post (members-only e-mail) tickets that they can't use. Often it's because of unforseen circumstances - injuries, personal situations. members try to recoup their original costs by offering to other members. Right now, the email list has tix for WV, Sunday River, Sugarloaf, Loon, Jay, Bromley, Cannon, Gunstock.

Sorry, wasn't trying to infer those where run of the mill normal prices. :-D

It's been discussed. The verdict was why invent the wheel? There are plenty of ski clubs out there already and the time and money needed to pull it off was counterproductive.

Hey Greg, based on that thought, have you ever considered just choosing a few such as ACE as 'Recomended Clubs'? It would provide a point of reference for users, as well as boost the public image of some of the clubs themselves. Honestly, untill this conversation, I didn't know nearly as much as I wish I had over the last two years about ACE and some of the other clubs.

It would also serve as free publicity for AZ itself (as tho we needed a beelion new users, but still)
