Skiing first and foremost - especially since I took a few years off I know that I will never lapse again.

Otherwise I play Volleyball indoors and out. But as I get older it wears on me more and more. Tore my Achilles, multiple ankle strains/sprains, shoulder pain, bumps/bruises and jammed fingers.

Tennis would be a good alternative but not as exciting as Vball or definitely skiing.

Racing big boats is so very fun, but so very expensive. Better to crew then own! Nothing like watch is $15, 000 sail shred to ribbons on a blustery day.

It would be a tough choice if I ever had to make it between skiing or mtb'ing - they both get me in the outdoors enjoying physical challenges and a gravity rush with friends and family. drinking beer would be third followed by hiking/camping and ice hockey...golf would be a no brainer at this point

well I mostly sail/race the OPD division (Other Peoples Boats)
nothing in the world can match blue water sailing and racing
