All together, my goal is to have 30+ days based on good snow in the East...

I’m jealous of most of you for being so close to some great resorts. I’m stuck in North Carolina but do pretty good for living so far from the mountains. I save almost all my vacation time for ski season.

I may get to Sugar sometime this year. The problem is that it is still 4 hours one way from my house. I've also heard the crowds get very bad there on the weekends. So if I'm going to ski down here I usually just go to snowshoe over the weekend and ski the Western side. I save all my vacation days to go out west or stop by NE when I'm visiting relatives.

That's keeping last year's totals for SL and SR and giving a rough idea of where else I want to go. The last two years I've ended just under 30; maybe I'll break the barrier this year.

Due to friends' habits and locations I will probably get a weekday evening or two at Wa, but I'm not counting that.

With the early cold weather, I'm changing my goal to:

Mount Snow - 56 Days (11/10 opening)
Bear Creek Club -3 (can't pass it up).
