2 trip reports in one day. That is a record, in October no less!

After I had already hiked Hunter, I came in and saw on Facebook that Plattekill was open. Looks like we have to go on the adventure.

We had very low expectations. I thought it would be skied off, or really wet. It was not. It was thin. Powder over rocks, but we didn’t care. We had our rock skis. 5 runs of October bliss.

We must have seen you. There were maybe 15 skiers on the hill?
