Honestly I feel some sympathy for Parkites. They have to deal with Vail AND Alterra.

I left. Not for those reasons, but a magnitude of many reasons, but I’m happy I’m not there. That town changed a ton in the 15 years I was there. A ton for the worse.

So there is no crowding there now?
