Conditions: Groomed and lsgr, firm with a little loose stuff where there was a little more traffic

Weather: Bluebird, low thirties, windy in spots.

Terrain: About 60% maybe. No trees and if it wasn't groomed it was shiny boilerplate that would only make an othopedic surgeon happy.

TR: Made it up for the afternoon, a little more crowded than usual by Ragged standards (my wife and I had to wait in line for at least two or three chairs twice.) Stayed on the blue/green trails Flying Yankee off of the Spear Mountain Chair was the pick of the day but no complaints about any of the other runs I took.

Also was nice to have the voucher that Ragged sent to me as a Season pass holder so I could bring my wife along for free ( I would have anyway ;) )

Sounds about par for the course for yesterday. We went to Cannon and it was pretty windy. Colder than usual for this time of year. Had a pretty good time for the most part, but wanted to be careful as there was some pretty hairy, ice patches in places, as well as some lose granular. Glad to hear you made the best of it, as well.

Hello...I was there too and agree with your assessment... had to love that woman running the queue line on the six-pack... "You two, move up, fill-em up!" "aye aye, ma'am" but it's all good ;-) Here's a couple of crappy cell phone pics of the shiny stuff...

Good to hear of traffic at Ragged. I'd like it if they made it. That woman was there when I was at Ragged. pretty efficient. Which they need for the six person chair. :daffy:
