Yeah that's true, but she's only been out a few times and is just getting the hang of trails. I think next year she'll be ready!
My 2 youngest tend to ski the sides with us, always on the lookout for paths..they're hooked, we usually pack provisions in our pockets for picnics, absolute blast.

Yeah going to let het try some paths next time we are out. She is going to be in full day lesson at WV over Feb break so that should help her step up! Can't believe how far she advanced just by taking a few full day lesson over this season. Last year was a train wreck, she didn't like skiing at all so this year we actually bought her skis and boots and let her pick them out, and that really motivated her to ski! Also being in the a lesson with kids her age, and not me trying to teach her was a huge step.

We started our kids out and once they were able to slide w/o being held, we sent them to lessons. We let the experts take over lol. Just make sure she can stop reliably before letting her ski into woods, lol.

Welcome to Mount Hermon
Today is Thursday, the site is closed -16/02
This weekend stormy weather was expected

It makes me sad to know there is more snow in middle east than back home here...

It is even worse when that sound is coming from behind you and it is getting closer!!!!

This reminded me of opening day at Hunter, the sound of boarders scrapping at your heels, very nerve racking.
