I was going to say if you DON'T think your place this year is spectactular, we really have to talk! ;)

I'd like your spectacular view, with my condo, located at Seasons. But if I could afford that, I'd just retire out west.

Mine will be soon.Well, kind of.Sounds weird huh?I'm at Mittersill and Cannon has the green light to go forward on reopening the Nelsap area.I will actually have to walk across the street though.I go home for lunch or a dump on the home hopper every once in while anyway as it's only about a 30 second drive.Parking is not a problem being able to ski right out of the car to the lift a 100 feet away.

We stayed at a Bed and Breakfast at Bolton Valley that was truly ski in/out. Fantastic. I believe it was called the Black Bear Inn.

If we took your layout, my view and tried to add Season's location into the mix, we'd be looking at about a 50 story tall condo to pull off the view part ;) Just think about the possibilities of the size of a christmas tree you could get in the enteraining area with a 50 story tall catherdral like ceiling! Much bigger than that "little" 12 foot or so tall x-mas tree you had this year :)

Mount Snow wise, maybe it might just be easier to buy that BIG new place that looks close to being done behind the building where Mountain Ops keeps the cats parked next to Launch Pad. That place would make "borrowing" a cat much easier too! :)

Actually, the ideal location would be the 9 lots that are for sale between the Seasons condo complex and the Seasons double lift. Unfortunately, the lots start in the high six figures. If I won the lottery, I'd be in.

Ski in, ski out. A hot tub on the deck overlooking the lifts. And you would really have to ski down to get on a lift.

Maybe with the ecomony, the lots are now going for the mid-600s (housing optional).
