He needs to leave the weather to real meteorologists and stick to his plagiarized snow reports…actually Id prefer if he left the internet all togetherHe has his fucking Hurricane Lee "forecasts" behind a paywall on his site (apparently you only need a free "subscription" to see those entries...but still ridiculous).
My thought exactly.looks like they hit pause on deadlines. could indicate settlement negotiations.
I hope beard boy is a master troll, but I doubt itI saw that post today and so wanted to ask this guy if he's delusional...

Perhaps it is because he has provided some very useful information on ski conditions and storm predictions. There was definately a need for that which he has filled . . . I mean there was a time where people would look to the storm threads on AZ for information, but that is no more. Nobody is perfect. And while I don't worship the guy, I'm not entirely convinced he did anything illegal and would rather wait for things to play out in court before making any judgement.I really don't understand the way some of his followers put him up on a pedestal...I wonder if some of these people are capable of tying their own shoes...
As far as illegal, I would agree - its not illegal to screw with someone's business. The business (Skiology Ski and Sports) does have every right to protect its trademark though. As far as what he did - its pretty obvious, He drove by the Killington ski shop and thought - wow, what a great name for what I am doing "Skiologist" He then did some poking around and found out he could get the domain name skiology.com on the cheap and he built his business around that name. There is no way in hell he came up with that name randomly - too coincidental. Additionally, a simple google search would have shown there was an existing business at Killington that uses that name, he made the stupid business decision to use it anyway. If I owned the ski shop, I would be pissed too - as there are people coming into his shop saying they did not receive products they paid for and there is all kinds of bad press going around about this guy.Perhaps it is because he has provided some very useful information on ski conditions and storm predictions. There was definately a need for that which he has filled . . . I mean there was a time where people would look to the storm threads on AZ for information, but that is no more. Nobody is perfect. Making himself the victim, yet again.......The delusional dope responds. He’s just a “weather guy”. Yeah and I am the Pope!
