I'd be interested in hitting Huntah Sunday, I'm gonna be looking to ski somewhere.

I'll keep you posted. I'd love to score a November Huntah day like last year:

My wife and I are heading up to Sunday River to stay at our condo for the week. M-W will be some combo of working from the condo/skiing and hot tub. Thursday we have dinner reservations. The weekend will have more skiing and hot tub. Should be relaxing and fun.

I'll be visiting family in WNY Monday night-Saturday morning, plane arrives back at Hartford at around noon. So I'm hoping for Sundown Sat. afternoon-night (assuming they're open,) and then I'll be at Killington Sunday.

That's assuming, of course, that my return connection doesn't get cancelled, like my last two trips.

The island of misfit toys.
A good enough push of cold air and my home mountain Camelback should be able to open on their projected date of Dec 5. Any thoughts from regulars to the mountains listed above as to what to expect?

....looking good for TurkeyDay skiing...

The turkeyday weekend is usually fun around SL, but can be crowded sometimes...and the weather up here is anything but predictable..so I/we try to stay flexible. I usually try to curb the appetite by doing the cooking on Thanksgiving Day at home...then hitting the trails/woods for a hike, or X-C..if conditions cooperate.
It's usually an outstanding weekend for hiking...if the weather cooperates.

Thursday - dinner at the grandparents. Thinking about smoking a fresh ham.
Friday - no plans yet, anything but shopping

When we get closer just give me a buzz. My fam won't be coming up till Thurs night. I'll probably have folks over for cocktails mid afternoon on turkey day. I'll ski Wed and I would not be surprised if I made the Matterhorn.

T-day, I love T-day

Will be deer hunting in the A.M. then over to my parents for dinner and football with the family. (dogs included)

Friday-Sat work but the it's time for PUNKSGIVING!!!!!!!!!! Punksgiving is a serious live band show down at a local joint we all hang out at. Usually 9 bands or so starting at 7pm. Just a good local tradition that truly is a blast.

Will be in Durango CO, so hopefully I'll get to hit up Wolf Creek or maybe DMR. Silverton would be sweet, but it's too early in the season. Not interested in the packing crew when I have no plans to return this season.
