Give me a nice single barrel bourbon - Basil Hayden, Blanton's, Woodford Reserve - and I'm a happy camper. No ice, just pour it in a glass and let me enjoy it. Tastes even better when sitting by a roaring fire.

I'm with you. Henry McKenna 10-year Single Barrel, and I'm all set.
I do have to say, though, 2 ice cubes does amazing things- when it melts just enough and gets the perfect bourbon-to-water ratio and the sweetness of the bourbon really comes out. Heaven, I tells ya.

Jim Beam is about the only bourbon I've drank. And for the record it is also the last bourbon I will drink.
