Not worried about getting stuck at Jay so much as not being able to make it all the way back to Boston- really don't want to get stuck somewhere on 93.

Where do you pick up 93 coming down from Jay?
You take 89S to 93

ski bum is wrong, he must have mistaken 89 for 91. take 91 south and get on 93 just past st. johnsbury, their is a comfort in right off the highway just before the exit.

Actually, no I didn't mistake 89 for 91. I always take 89 - but that's mainly because I stay in Burlington when I'm in VT. I've never actually driven on 91.

oh, I had no idea you stayed in burlington. I think our friend here is planning on doing the straight shot from Jay/Newport to Boston and 91 to 93 is definatly the quickest route. Why would he go to Burlington first? its way the hell out of the way. maybe if you don't know the way you shouldn't give people directions.

91 to 93 is the way I would go. I think you have to drive through st J a bit to connect the highways.

you can connect highway to highway, its exit 19 after the St.J exits. and I just reread the post that skibrett wrote and are you going to jersey? cuz if your going back to jersey then you don't want to get on 93 at all, take 91 almost to the end in CT.

1) Giving misguided directions to someone like ctenidae would be comical and,

2) Don't be a dick. Skibum's been here longer and everyone likes him better. As the new guy it would be wise to show a little tact and class, even if you don't actually have any.

sorry if I offended anyone, I don't dislike skibum or anybody here and I didn't know that it was cool to give ctenidae misguided directions. I just didn't want him to go from boston to burlington then to Jay, if you had read some of the other responses I gave him you could see that i've been trying to help him out on his trip to Jay, like where to find the best sausage and stuff. I also didn't know that it mattered how long you belonged to AZ, I just thought that I might share some first hand knowledge of Jay, cuz it seems that some folks are interested. I would agree that occationally I have a classless comment or two, but I guess I'm just trying to lighten things up sometimes. so if nobody is interested and if people think I'm obnoxious dick who hasn't made 8000 posts, please tell me and I'll spare you of ever having to listen to me.
