The news of Thunder Ridge seeding bumps got me thinking. We should try to start a grass roots campaign to get Mohawk to seed some bumps too. Top to bottom on Wildwood would do the trick. Good visibility from the lift so no surprises. Mohawk just doesn't excite me all that much, but a nice long trail of moguls would be a game changer for me.

Post here if you support this. WoodCore - you gotta know somebody in mountain ops we could present this to, no?

Greg,

Seeing how you seem to have a knack for getting this mogul thing done, I request your assistance in convincing Ragged Mountain to seed bumps on Showboat. It has a prime pitch of 500-600 vert on skiers left that would be perfect. It is next in line to be opened via snowmaking so time is of the essence.

Please contact resort president Bob Fries at bob.fries@ragged-mt.com

Thanks,

Please start your own thread. ;)

Seriously, if you get some interest, I would be happy to put Bob Fries in touch with Chris or Bob Switzgable from Sundown.

Someone posted this on the Mohawk Facebook page: "Good job on the moguls folks, wicked fun."

Can anyone (WoodCore) fill us in? Are there actual bumps at Mohawk? Any good?
