The right short ski for intermediate skier

I didn't read every reply but yes, your 160's are too short. You are also on too stiff of a ski. Get something softer that has no metal in it, wood core. Get something for intermediate to advanced ski level so you can work into it.
If it's a dude then he is on women's skis
