Thanks! I’ve heard of others like Miramar but this seems like it has an easier membership process.
Sterling is pretty good, there are no mandatory tasks for members except during the time you are actually staying at one of their two lodges (in addition to their lodge at Sugarbush, they have another place half a mile from Mt Snow). Membership cost is pretty cheap and pays for itself if you use one of the lodges or take advantage of their discount lift ticket program.

Nah, a trap for Rob Katz.

That is what I was thinking. Way too much dirt. I am headed up this weekend to bike so I might stop by and check it out.
Cams are not off line just malfuntioning. This is this morning. Go directly to the you tube site.

Actually, it looks like a pile of fill or material from another project. It looks like they are pushing it out.

I got some really sad news last night. Henri Borel passed yesterday. I am sure that most of you on here have not spent any time in Chez Henri at Subarbush but for those who have, I am sure you have a story about Henri. Over the past 20 or so years I have spent many a night and some afternoons driking a Kir Royal or a French 75 or eating some special french dish they were offing that evining. It was a special place for a lot of people. Singley owned by Henri since 1964, it is one of the longest running estabishments at a ski area in the country. I will miss Henri. I have this lasting image of him with my phone trying to take our picture saying with his strong french accent, "Act natural, Keep talking," Some of you proabably have the same memory. Henri was 96.

Sad news indeed. I very much have a similar memory about him with my phone taking our photo from the last time I was there this winter. I vividly remember him insisting we all take off our glasses for the photo in his French accent. "The eyes are important...need to see the eyes."
