Still not 100% on lifts, high wind forecast for tomorrow, MLK Saturday is shaping up to be a pisser.

Yeah, winds will really screw things up....get there early. My guess is all HSQ (and Summit, if it's repaired) will be affected. Sunday will be the day.

just a few runs at ME this afternoon... had a couple start/stops on both GMX and NR and decided not to gamble as had things to get done. Saw a bunch of snowmakers dragging a hose up the Elbow side of Bravo, not sure what the plan was.

They were building the top ramp on Castlerock chair today. Guy said they thought it would open sat.
Glad I got one last hike in!

In years past they have put a gun on the headwall of Bravo to cover the rock garden; there is a lateral line from Elbow that has a hydrant just inside the woodsline. Maybe they are doing that.

The air leak for the North Lynx loop must be under or alongside open terrain if they don't plan on fixing it. We've fixed 3 leaks this year right in the middle of open terrain. We moved a mini-ex in after hours and it was done in the dark and the trail opened the next day. If they really wanted to, it could be done.

Maybe, but it really depends on where and exactly what the leak is. Sometimes it really does have to make until the summer.
