We have not had an update since 2/14 on Slidebrook when the following was written in the State of the Mountain. "In other mountain news, the team continues to work on Slide Brook, with a hopeful open sometime over the holiday week. They’re finishing up with electrical work and have an inspection scheduled."

Holiday week has come and gone. What's the new over under on how many days it runs if and when they get it going? Bordering on pathetic and the communication is a close second.

How effin' big could Marine 2 be? It can't be much bigger than the Ford F150 Super Crew's that park in the lot and force me to do an 18 point turn in order to back out of my spot at the end of the day.
I resemble that remark....though I park way off in Lot 6, so likely not the guy blocking you in.

It's all good. I make it work. Although I do admit to cringing a bit when I pull into the lot and the vehicle that pulls in next to me is an extra long pick up.

I drive a pickup with a "long bed" (although it is a mid-size pickup, so even with a long bed still shorter than a full-size pickup). I hate when I park in a narrower section and they park another big vehicle on my left plus behind me. I've certainly had some fun times getting out of a spot a few times!

They won't be flying marine two around given the weather forecast for Saturday. I'm sure they'll have a motorcade. Really hope he just goes to LP. Planned on skiing Melon Saturday en route to Jay for Sunday and Monday
