So this time next week I'll be driving somewhere on I-80 with a couple of very angry cats, chasing my girlfriend and her lead foot. This last week is going to get real busy so I'm making this post now. I Have spent a few winters in Utah but this is different as I have no intentions of moving back. This was not an easy decision but the pros outweighed the cons and we have been planning on doing this for too long now. I know next to nothing about Colorado, SLC was my first choice but G.F. has spent time there and likes it a lot. We are going to be in Golden, stumbling distance to coors brewry. My only regret is not skiing with more of you (although the ones i met from here and S.R. board were top-notch and really fun to ski with). I will miss skiing around here, as i am so comfortable going out with family/friends and having a great time without taking anything real serious. If any of you are planning on being in Colorado this winter look me up (i will still be on this site i'm sure), I can get discounted tix for winter park/copper/loveland and will be out there most days. You better beleive i will miss New England when cycles roll in like last spring, that was truly incredible. You can bank on an epic season, it always happens when I'm not here. Stay safe, ski tons of pow, have fun.:snow::flag:

Enjoy your trip out there and your new surroundings and post alot. I remember the excitement I had five years ago when I drove out to Bozeman but I only stayed for 18 months. Have fun..

We are thinking of moving out of state as well. CO was a choice but not sure of the economy and job outlook. I guess it's a good pick for you. Keep posting. I might make it out there again this year. I want to hit Loveland.

I'm jealous. Good luck with your move, update us when you're all settled in. Don't rub the superb early season conditions in our face too much though, OK? ;)
