Ski Sawmill (love that hill... I practically learned to ski there):

That's not too bad. Check out Blue Marsh (no longer in operation as of a couple seasons ago). Pretty awful map, but that little hill made money! Especially on the tubing operation.

I think Woodbury is going to win for several reasons

(1) Place is so small, what do you need a trail map for in the first place?
(2) A photo? Really?
(3) "Trails" are unnamed.
(4) Looks like Rod gives suggested turns to make
(5) Lines appear for no reason
(6) Lines disappear for no reason
(7) The Alpha-numeric codes are indecipherable...they are probably intergalactic signposts to assist aliens orienting themselves around the 13th dimension.

This is not half-assed. Woodbury is truly, a full-assed production.

Wow, that is a piece of 'work', I think this is a winner!

Company? Obviously you've never skiid "Woodbury Ski and Racquet" (yes that used to be the name). Back in the day it was a one man show (Rod). I learned to snowboard there in '91. The lift ran attendant-free (top and bottom), the rope tow slipped on its pulleys cause we'd have about 50 people on it (rope snapped one day too) and as i recall their groomer at the time didn't actually have a tiller. Rod pulled a rolling cylinder made from metal grating behind the cat. Oh and sledders used to be allowed on the lifts. I loved that place though. Had to have been the only ski area where shovels were freely available to build jumps.

We use to borrow shovels from the liftys at Jay Peak to build jump around stateside... But then Peggy (ski patrol) would come and ruin our fun and destroy our jumps... But that's almost20 years ago now! Damn snowboarders were building jumps all over the place!

haha, and check out the "snow bikes" section of their info page:

Snow Bikes

Where else can one find a snow bike? Not many places, in fact Woodbury was the first ski area in the east to have them! Snow bikes are the next hottest item to hit the slopes. A mandatory lesson is required with an instructor before you can hit the slopes.
