The pair I have is about 5 or 6 seasons old. They are, as an Irish friend of mine called them "Bomber". They have removable liners, so I'll carry a spare pair of liners on wet days. Great product, particularly if you have to do manual work. Think I'll join you :beer:

Some folks claim that they don't stay water resistant after they as washed, but I have not noticed that experienced that problem. My personal Jacket is a CB,much cheaper then a Karbon (ther is a CB outlet in Bennington). I have not warn this Jacket as much as the Karbons, but it seems to perform just as well.
