What’s this I hear about FourRunner at Stowe catching fire last week and being closed ever since?
I read about it on FB's "Ski the Northeast" group. Someone posted a screenshot from Stowe's page saying that FourRunner was closed. Another person said that they were on it Friday when it abruptly stopped and had to be evacuated "due to a fire."Odd how little publicity that issue has seen...

Today's Attitash report shows nothing groomed for today. Summit quad closed. That surface surely will provide the experience of a lifetime after last night's freeze. The report states "that's just the way it goes". Seriously. I guess the one groomer is over at the Cat as their trail count is up from three.

Black was crowded today. Snow was great! #vailsucksI checked out the lift cam mid day today. Not even 2 people in line for the hsq. The line used to be huge on saturdays.
