Yeah, this season really has been a complete disaster. I feel so badly for the employees. Even though I am disappointed with the snow, I have still skied and I have made a point not to be an asshat to the employees. Just being nice has gone a long way. I have been very surprised by how friendly and helpful a lot of them have been in what has been a terrible season. The last time we had a bad season a lot of employees were really shit on and that trickled down to the guests. This year what I have been seeing has been a different tune--much to my surprise.Thats also cause this season has been so shit that they don’t even have hours for the full time people.
