October 1st....If your like me then this begins your Fall workouts to get into shape for snowboarding/skiing or whatever your Winter pleasure may be...
I have a gym in my basement. My workout lasts about 45 minutes total.
15 minutes on a bike
15 minutes on a back and ab machine
5 minutes on an ab slider
10 minutes vigorous punching on a suspended bally's boxing 25lb bag
Then I do a regiment of weight lifting exercises with our bench and weights..I am finding that it takes a little more now that I am getting older lol...I try and do this every day and will do so thru Christmas time.
So if you do work out....whats your regiment like??
