Last year my list was...

Jay
Wildcat
Sugarbush

...and I went 0-for-3. I did get to Cannon for the first time and also Crotched, which is a great little hill, so I got 2 new ones anyway. Same list goes for me this year.

I didn't het any of them.

I would like to hit Smuggs with great snow. I've only been there three times for boney conditions.

Well last year I was able to visit the following for the first time: Ascutney, MRG, and Winter Park.

I only have one realistic new one on my list for this year, which is Snow Basin. I'd also like to do Copper, but I don't think time and money will allow. This year for me is more about re-visiting places that I like that I haven't been to in a while like Crested Butte, Plattekill, and Whiteface.

For this winter: Burke and Whiteface

The only other areas in the north east that I haven't skied that I have a desire to check out would be Saddleback and Wildcat. I might hit up Wildcat this winter. As for Saddleback, if I'm going to make the long slog to Maine again, I'd more than likely go to ride Sugarloaf - absolutely love that mountain.

I knew if I scanned the whole thread I would find someone who already had posted "my" list.

This past season was a good one for new territory:

Jay
Whiteface
Saddleback
Great Gulf/Airplane

For the upcoming season, I'd like to hit:

Sugarbush
Pico
Bolton
Black (NH)

And return to Saddleback, Jay, MRG and Burke. With the price of Diesel, I think I'll be staying closer to home for more of my days.

sled, you haven't skied black before? great little hill, kinda quirky like magic but reallly really well run and has lots of great classic trails. you'll love it i am sure. pico is probably up your alley too. the least resorty and corporate of ASC's holdings, quality area.

Got to get to cannon. Hiked it. Bought tickets via discount programs twice. Just never went. The Az outing We will have there is going to make this happen.
My buddies who ski nights at Wachusett said I have to go. I will this year.
I would like to get to Mt Snow cause its covered on my pass. Can't remember last year. Had a great year anyway.

someone tossed out the idea of doing cannon as an AZ gathering. if so, that will probably need to be a weekend as most folks work during the week. then again, tuesday and thursday are twofer days if lots of folks feel like taking a day off. but all you NH folks should take advantage of that $15 wednesday deal when ever you can, AZ gathering or not!

superbowl sunday is always a twofer day as well and will have you home in time for the game. if we are including backcountry (since ga2ski brought that into the equation :) ), i will add the moose, mansfield, camel's hump, gulf of slides, lincoln, and big jay to my list :D

Never been to Black, believe it or not.

I was planning on hitting Pico this past season in my tequila-inspired "Road trip from Hell", which I never pulled off. (Ski all ASC resorts in one day).

Middlebury is also on my list.

Although everyone is just mentioning east coast resorts, I don't see anywhere in the question saying it must be East Coast. So, next season I hope to go out west for the first time. Thinking Utah, Alta and Snowbird.

I would love to try MRG but the wife hates bumps so It is going to be hard to make that trip. Smuggs is also on my list but everytime I try to make a reservation the price is twice the amount as the bush or K :-? .

Hope you can make the trip, I think you'll really enjoy it. Wife and I went last year and had a fantastic time. Wife and I are looking to spend a week somewhere either out west or in Europe but haven't formulated definitive plans. As for the North East, I'd like to make it to some of the places I wanted to make it to last year but didn't. Tops on the list are Burke and Sugarloaf.

while MRG is an experts playground, non-bump skiers can still have an okay time. upper antelope is groomed daily so she could still enjoy the single chair. the birdland area and practice slope gets the daily royal carpet treatment too. though it would be hard to ski together if you want to really sample the mountain.

the obvious plan of attach is to leave the wife behind and take a day for yourself :D

I think the $25 Sugarbush North Wednesday's would be a good hook up for some of us. I work in the hotel industry so my days off are typically during the week.

Planning a trip to Poland, probably December. Hoefully Zacopane will be open (trying to time for that). If not, a two day trip to Italy may be in order.

Also plan to revisit Mohawk this season after a 9 year hiatus. It's only 25 minutes away after all...
