I have never heard anyone say a Boston and NYC accent sound similar.

NYC and Philly I have.

Then again, I think all southern accents sound the same and maybe someone in Atlanta thinks someone from Houston sounds completely different from them.

While I hate when people stand across a trail like that. The snowboarder should have slowed down. Think if someone was hurt on the trail. Would he have snowed an injured person/ ski patrol who were on the trail?

There both jerks. The trail was as wide as a football field and was empty the snowboarder had plenty of room to go wider and the skier was a total jerk he completely overreacted
