Not quite ready, but thinking about it more. The skis remain next to the door, ready to rock at a moments notice though...

Just need to get the bindings mounted for my wife's new sticks. We'll be ready to rock.

nice. was unaware you picked up some Watea's.

What length?
178. Nervous they may be a tad small. But I rocked the 8000s in 178 and I found the Atuas at 186 to be a tad long (even discounting the twin tip). The next step up on the Watea94s would have been too long so I am rolling the dice a little. My only concern is the tail is flipped up a big so there will be some lost running length there. But the tip does curve up as quick and is V hulled so maybe that will off set the length. It'll either be an awesome BC rig or an expensive experiment. Already cut the skins so I am hoping for the former. :D The bigger thing here are the Dynafit Vertical 12s. Can't wait to get them back mounted up and try them out!

Taking the skis to a new shop close to work his week.

Physically...I'm ready. Gear-wise....aside for the shop-tune...I'm there.

I mean if there was an opportunity tomorrow...I'd delay the shop-tune.

Can't say I'm ready physically yet, but mentally, skiing's on the brain more and more. Late October lift-serviced at the mighty K-mart would be fun. Think COLD!

Just going over some of the TR's and Pics from last season. Drooling at the sight of those spring bumps. The legs feel good from my off season training program and with the cooler weather the stoke factor is rising. Time to pull the boat this week and move on with the season.

Last Sunday, I spen thirty minutes talking to a ski shop tech about new skis, rocker and how awesome this season will be. This weekend, I'll be doing some base repair on some of my skis. So, yeah, I guess I'm getting there.
