I also ski better than my hub and most of his friends. I've never said I "rip" before, but that's just because we usually say "shred".

My girlfriend rips! Of course, she thinks she's not good at all... as do most women! But she can follow down in the woods and is always up for a ride in the backcountry. Last season, she really impressed me when we went to Mt. Washington. She also rides her bike better and better each time! Not a ripper yet... but next season (her 3rd), she'll be a real dirt diva!
