Let's hope that Supe is lit up until atleast the weekend. That would be another GOOD sign from Powdr that they are understanding that the core K customer is much different then the core customers of their Western destination resorts!

If all of Northeast skiing is lucky, Supe will look a bit like this

The mound of snow that the last, HUGE, jump for the slopestyle course will be on for the Dew Tour stop at Mount Snow this weekend :)

It would be intersting if they aqctually reversed their policy and kept it going. I ahve lots of good memories of skiing the fun run at the end of the season in a tee shirt.

Closing Saturday last May, I think Killington day tickets were $35.00.

It would be a good sign if Killington put a spring pass on sale and announced a late closing. From March 1 onwards, they need to go back to "The King of Spring" marketing. Even the Killington haters show up when it's the last thing standing in May.

Was hard for me to get good pics today with the bright sunshine, but here's a few shots...

Snow is above eye level in one area when riding the chair up, near Launch Pad, and the entire trail is buried DEEP.

Wow... that's a lot of snow on the headwall. I don't know if I recall it ever being that deep up top. The way they blew the headwall up the top it actually looks like the headwall may be steeper now. Last year they easily made it to May and didn't even have close to that much snow. I dare say they may be planning something good! Keep blowing Killington, see if you can top the June 22nd closing in 1997 :fangun:
