Summer is useless in terms of the seasonal aspects of what? It's weekends like this one that have me hating the spring and late fall. Both days have been raining and in the 40's /50's....just dreary and miserable. There are too many days like this this time of year and in late October and November. It's weekends like this that I find useless seasonally. Unless you enjoy hiking in the rain, but that in itself is usually a bad idea because of damage it does to trails.

I don't care for super hot in the summer, but when it is, I deal and have a blast in the ocean or back in Vermont a mountain stream with some nice rocks to dive off of.

I enjoy cool damp weekends when it's not ski season for lying around my apartment getting drunk and smoking doobies..yesterday was that kind of day and today was beautiful so I played golf..

I'd rather be lying on a beach in warm weather, getting drunk and smoking doobies

Trust me the fat hairy french canadian men in speedos seen at the beaches around here is comic relief enough. No TV needed
