This season's version of this thread. I'm really looking forward to just skiing in general, but here are a few:

  • Sundown bumps
  • Skiing on new mogul skis
  • Visiting Whiteface for the first time
  • Skiing the MRV
  • Hunter early season
  • Checking out the changes at Mount Snow
  • Hitting Magic after a dump
  • Skiing with AZers
  • But again, most of all, I'm anxious to see my daughter progress on skis this season
You?

Skiing with more people from work(one guy lives in Aspen)..
Potential to ski in Sweden...
Using frequent flyer miles that I've been accruing due to busting my ass this summer on at least two trips out west.. (JH and possibly Mamouth).
Heading to the ChicChoks with some friends for a few days of hut skiing...
Get back into telemarking..
Tucks...

For me:
- Progress from a middle of the road intermediate to a high intermediate
- Overall improvement in the bumps
- More experience/confidence on steeper terrain
- Trip to Tremblant
- Long weekend in the MRV
- Skiing with my wife. I missed her last season.

Skiing with my wife. I missed her last season.

How sweet...

;) Actually, I hope to get my wife out more too. She has the week of Christmas off too and we plan to drop the kids off at day care/pre-school and ski a few days at Sundown. She's skied a few times a year since she was a kid, and is actually a pretty solid intermediate. I want to get her out some more.

That brings up another thing I am looking forward to. Seeing my wife progress after taking a year off. That girl is determined as hell and won't be happy that I've had a season to improve while she stayed stagnant.

If you need any advice on the matter, it's still pretty fresh for me... ;)
