So, for another glorious post padding thread, lets go!

After having to choose from about 10 kinds at the deli at the supermarket today, it got me thinking:rolleyes:

Me, I like the all beef natural casing dogs. Steam them up, place them in a steamed new england style bun, some spicy brown mustard and a cold beer. Mmmm good

There are some great hot dog specialty places, (kind of sounds like an oxymoron Hot Dot - Specialty)
But........there's something appealing about the cheap hot dog at Sam's Club and Costco

All beef, but those long skinny bright red ones bring back memories from being a kid.

I don't like any of the choices....I like the ones made of pigs lips and anus..

Dietz and Watson is good..Hebrew Nationals are gross..

On a hot dog I like yellow or spicy mustard or grey poupon...onions are good..occasionally kraut..tomato is good and when in the Chicago airport I always get a Chicago hot dog..no matter what time it is but with no peppers..

How many hot dogs do you usually consume at a sitting. Wow now I might go to Yoccos which is a famous hot dog place in my area. Their secret chilly sauce is incredible..

oh yeah bagel and pretzal dogs are great as well..When I was a little kid..we used to do it ghetto style when we ran out of hot dog buns..with a hot dog cut in half in a hamburger roll..There's just something liberating about taking a big bite of a hot juicy hot dog..mmmm

:puke: for reminding us of the ingredients. Hebrew Nat'l Beef Knockwurst are better than their regular dogs. I'm usually good for 2 at a sitting, since one is never enough. Yocco's is da shit up in your area. there's another place up there I went to, the chicken shack?, it has a round bar inside, I think. It's been years since I was there.

Oh the Chicken Lounge..I used to sing Karaoke there and they have awesome nachos. They use dorito type chips for their nachos. The good thing about the Chicken Lounge..at least in my fatter days is their kitchen(which is located in the middle of the circular bar) is open until 1:30AM..

I usually eat two hot dogs as well. The only time I eat one is usually at the halfway point when I'm playing golf or it's some sort of sporting event where hot dogs are $5 each..

At Yoccos the fat dutchie old timers put down 5 hot dogs before the traffic light changes color..They shove more into their mouths while they're still chewing..as a slow eater..it's pretty gross..

I had a hot dog once. Tasted like crap, and have not had one since. I dont care that they are made of less than desirable products. I eat some nasty stuff. I just hate the taste.

I will just grill up a cheeseburger.

I contemplated adding a cr%p dog choice to cover those ;) But to be a hot dog most of it's contents at somepoint had to be walking around IMHO :)
