Any peeps have traditions??? This year will mark the 6th annual Parksie's Party in the Parking Lot at Greek. We have a friggin blast!!!! We ski until noon or so then out comes the coolers, grills w/ veni speedies and lots of people around. I think one of my favorite things about this party is all the people who come out and make this there only day of skiing for the year. Obviously not good skiers at all but man do they know how to have fun.

Guess around here we'll use any excuse to ski and party

What's the matter---no dead deer for you???? Only been dead for a few days

I thought you meant venison, but you upstate NY people are weird, so you might've been referring to grilling in speedos

big venison fan here, I sell quite a bit of it

indeed it is expensive, most cuts are $20+ /lb wholesale. Fine Dining restaurants purchase it.

Since I'm a Jets Fan and they are never in (or even close to being in) the Super Bowl I always ski on that Sunday. I've gotten some good Sunday afternoons in New England when all the Patriot fans exited to watch their team play.

I'm looking forward to a quiet afternoon on the slopes this Sunday. My wife and I will probably have a drink or go for dinner afterwards somewhere near Mt. Snow.

Might I suggest the Maple Leaf Brewery down next to the light in Wilmington for you guys. Tasty pub food, good beers, and enough TV's incase you actually want to watch.

If the Ravens had won, I'd be enjoying Sunday on the slopes. Instead, my wife is joining the rest of her Steeler-lovin family at her brother's in Dallas, leaving me to babysit for the week with a dump on the way (snow this week, but plenty over the weekend from the boy too, I am sure). I think I'm going to feel sick Thursday.

Yup, out infront. If there's no parking there, there's always the public parking lot in Wilmington. To get to it, just go straight through the light and it's maybe 100 yards on the left hand side.
