any weekend.........I'm there. No AT boots here, but new boards, dukes, and whatever else I'll need, I'll have. Would love to explore the Whites with you and Austin several times next winter.
Awesome. We will have to do it up. Cardigan would be an easy hit for you since you have a Ragged pass so you will be right there already several times during the winter. Though if you start doing a lot of touring, you may find yourself getting AT boots sooner than you think ;) It only took my my first season of touring before switching over.

The 333 dude is definately getting my business for the next pair of skis. I've got to get moving on that!

I put very little faith into gear guides, I feel like they will always highlight close advertisers. I suppose it works for some but not me.

Try the 8.7...even better.

I agree with you on the 8.7 for out west but I think the 8.1 is better suited for the east coast. Also, still love my Mantra at 96 underfoot. This years graffic isn't much different so sticking with it.

nah, Phil's got it right...8.7 for here, its too skinny for the west. 8.1 is a great ski, but too one dimensional compared to the 8.7 IMHO.

Yep, the 8.7 is a great Northeast ski, it was my skinny ski last year. If someone is skiing the Midatlantic, the 8.1 is a fine choice but for New England, the 8.7 would be one of the top skis for me as a "one ski quiver".
