I think we need a sticky that addresses what I think 99% of the people on here hold as basic beliefs.

I'll seed the thread with the following:

- It doesn't matter what you use to get down the hill, it is the fact that you're doing it that counts.
- Any day you're on the slopes is a "good ski day".
- Existing ski operations, no matter their size, that close their doors are to be mourned.

Any others?

Thou shall sayeth "Thank You" to the snowmakers - I do when I get the chance:p

- Every month of the year is fair game for skiing, you just have to look/travel further to find snow.

Bless thy areas that have sow wiring for floodlights for they are havens to those who have no sick days left.
