Anyone have any current pics of ski areas that are already closed? I always find it interesting to see what trails hold onto snow and for how long.

No photos, but Black NH is pretty much bare...Cranmore is patchy...Attitash patchy too, but more snow than Cranmore. Wildcat is becoming patchy too.

Big Squaw was open in limited capacity this year. Their website was updated, albeit infrequntly. They still do not have the summit double and thus the vert is 750', down from 1750'. There has been no news on any work on the double this limts them to 13 trails.

There are lots of people out there. I'm getting ready to leave now to make a few earned turns on FIS and Black Diamond. I'll have pics and a report later. :D

Holy crap! Tons of snow still there. Check out Upper Crossover! I could see myself just earning laps on that all day....

I have tons of pix of Mt. Ellen. I'll upload a few later. There's an unfathomable amount of snow left up there. At least 15 or 20 completely skiable trails. With a little pushing, the mountain could easily be T2B.

The Main slope at Shawnee Peak yesterday. Still partly skiable.

I checked out the slopes at Burke last night (sorry no pics :???: ) and it looks like Willoughby and the Dippers are still runable top to bottom. The upper part of Warrens Way is melted out exposing the minefield of rocks. I will be up there mid-day on Saturday to do a run or two. I don't have enough time this weekend to dedicate an entire day to Tucks.
This will probably be it for me for the year since I'm working on building a house AND getting married this summer. Hopefully I'll have some spare time for Mtn biking :spin: .
