naw its random - I think last year it took me like 32 days or somethign ridiculous.....theres a 2006 thread around similar to this one...you'll see how some people won on 1st try and some...not so quick...

FYI - I've been trying for over a week and no luck. I actually have a midweek S-O-S pass, but would like a freebee to use on a Sunday.

I hate all you winners!! Especially you "I just won one on my first try!" types!! I've been trying twice a day for over a week, and I'm getting tired of seeing the "Try Again Tomorrow..." message! For you winners, how do you collect your ticket? Do they send you a voucher, or do you have to print-out some page and bring it with you to the ticket window? Just wondering on the wild chance I do get lucky.

Just won one. It took about five tries. Coupled with the mid-week ticket to Smuggs I got from the Warren Miller movie, I might have to do a multi day road trip to VT this winter.

I won 4 for my whole family this morning. Really weird, I tried all four in a row and all got tickets - three of them were second try, one was on the first try. I'm really curious how they decide who gets the ticket ?
