I miss Sugarloaf/Saddleback quite alot and skiing for 7 straight days (5 of which where powder) 3 weeks ago makes it a bit harder to give up the season, especially seeing how well covered Sugarloaf still is.

Summer is comming, but it's still cold here at night and the tree's are still bare, so it still does not feel like the winter has really completely ended just yet.

I managed to ski 50 days so far this year. Planning on getting in a few more via hiking - just hope the snow will hold out for a few more weeks since I cannot make it up to K on Mother's Day weekend. I am not ready to let go of this season yet so thinking about the next one has not started.

I'm already looking forward to next season, hopefully it starts in 6 months and two days assuming Belleayre opens Nov. 11 as projected. Also already thinking about what new places I will ski next winter.

Looking forward to the next time I get to ski. Still not sure whether it'll be next season, or the season after that. I'll at least be able to X-Country, so there's that. Right now, though, there's enough Summer activity to look forward to, that I'm trying to not go too far beyond that.

Finaly hung them up, somewhat depressed but it happens every year. Going to do a lot more in Vermont next year. 5 1/2 hours in a car is getting a lot easier than 10 to 15 hours in planes and airports for a 5 hour flight to Utah or CO . Not that I won't take a trip or 2 out there.
