Haystack: Return from Nelsap?

It always amazed me at how there will still occupied condos there. But I keep forgetting about the golf course.

I looked at it as a) the proximity to the Haystack golf course and b) You can get one for 50 to 100k less than similar units (size + finish wise) just a couple of miles up the road in the general base area. And for many that 50 to 100k savings is worth a 5 minute drive to get to Mount Snow
