Well, I think I might give it a shot, since Mtn. Creek will now only have about one lift that's worth skiing (Granite peak), since the other options are to try to ski through a terrain park (and probably have to pay extra to do so), or take my skis off after every minute long run.
One last thing, I don't believe Hidden Valley has night skiing... the only plus for skiing in NJ is that you can go after work.
Living in NJ certainly has its plus if you don't want to drive 1 1/2 hours up to the Catskills. You will definitely pay extra for the terrain park, but luckily they are consolidating it to one of their peaks... I believe South Peak.
All ski racing at Mountain Creek will be at the Vernon base.
I'd heard it was going to be on Zero G, is that correct?
How's the terrain at Hidden Valley? Do they let anything bump up?
