I got a Seirus QuickDry boot and glove dryer from my wife. I always thought it might come in handy on a ski vacation but I would never have bought it myself so it's nice to get as a gift.

I got a Seirus QuickDry boot and glove dryer from my wife. I always thought it might come in handy on a ski vacation but I would never have bought it myself so it's nice to get as a gift.

I loved mine. Even used it on day trips. It kicked the bucket after 5 years in April and I replaced it with a Dryguy boot & glove dryer, which is much louder.

I got the PriceChopper Big Mountain Passbook that was listed in the "Skiing on the Cheap" thread. It gives me three lift tickets to any of the following: Gore Mountain, Okemo, Whiteface, Smuggler's Notch or Mount Snow.

plus we got, among a shitload of other things, the WII for the "kids"....

I cant stop playing that thing. anyone have the ski game or whatever it is? was wondering if that was worth it.

We have it. It's fun but not like skiing at all. If you have the balance board, you can play that way but only one person can use a balance board for the game. We got it last year but I can't remember the last time we've played it.

I think it's a fun game, there's a couple of bump runs and everything. I haven't played in a while, but then again I haven't played any games in a while either. The controls take a little bit to get used to, but it's fun once you get it figured out.

I believe the cool kids would refer to such a maneuver as 'boned out'

used to explain the emphasis of style in a trick. if someone "boned out a indy" they would grab hard and create an emphasis of the maneuver such that his/her legs may appear extended or stretched to a maximum degree. or the style of the indy was more.
