Today makes 2. Looking at day 3 next Saturday and 4 and 5 on 12/22 and 12/23. Xmas vacation week should bring at least 3-4 more hopefully. Considering Xmas Eve morning was the first day we were out last year, having maybe 9 days in before New Year's seems fantastic! Daughter will be plus 2 on me as she'll get two race practice days in as well over the next two weeks. So overall, we're pretty happy compared to where we stood last year.

Still at 0, but will ski about 10 over xmas then probably another 20+ after that. I usually don't get going until after all the holiday bustle due to work responsibilities.

Unfortunately, pretty much the same deal here. December is one of the biggest sales months of the year for me, so I'm grinding it right now. Tack on family responsibilities and it's a stuggle.

So, I'm at 2 days out. I still thinik I'll get 2 or 3 more in by the end of December. I won't make it this Sunday, but probably the next 3. That'll put me at 5.

My goal for the winter is 25 days. If I get in 5 before New Years, I'm confident I'll pick up the other 20 from January through April.

I am at 5. 2 at BB and 3 at sunday river. GCheeze how does your stats work at PAski and ride? Do you count runs and post?

I keep track of my runs, days, and vertical feet skied. I have an Avocet watch but I'm a little OCD when it comes to skiing so I just keep track of runs in my head. When I ski large resorts with lots of different lifts. I keep a trail map in my pocket and a little golf pencil and put a slash next to each lift for every run I ski. My top vert day of the season last year was 61+K at Jackson Hole..their lifts really boot you up there. It was a hardpack day and I'd say 2/3 of my runs were groomers and 1/3 was bumps/off piste..each PASR member can update their stats using the stats manager function in the my controls panel..it's really simple and you can also make notes on each day in the stats..

A "little OCD"? I guess it's all relative. I'm too ADHD to remember which pocket I put the pencil in! Actually, I envy and appluade your organization:beer::beer::beer:

Back on topic: Not enough. Got my first outing tonight at the Crotch. Great conditions, more terrain on the way. A little too much work on the second job, but that should fade soon. A day or two next week. I'll be back in the groove soon.

You and I are opposites. I remember the birthdays of most of the kids from my Kindergarden class and will never forget how much a slurpee cost in 1986..lol..or how many days I skied each season for the past 17 years..lol..I'm just a perceptive mo-fo.

My goal is to once again ski over 100 days this season and possibly beat last seasons 119 days. It wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for after-work night skiing at Blue mountain. I'm hoping for 30 days total outside of PA..in NY, VT, and out west..It's good to have goals in life.

Not completely opposites. I retain a lot of sometimes obscure facts, but many things pertainent to my job...like patient history and, more importantly, which buildings are built to fail in a fire or have other features that can ruin/end my life.

3 for me.

I could be getting out a lot more but I have climbing to compete with skiing sometimes (and climbing is "free" all the time).

But hey, quality snow and not too shabby for it all being before December. It's going to be a good winter. #4 should be coming on tuesday.
