Trying to justify in my mind that $80 is worth it for the 3 hours I can make it work in the AMโ€ฆ
I've discovered it really seems much more worth it after a couple of stiff cocktails. Or find a passholder with discount vouchers.

Does my spring pass get discounts for other people? Be happy to use it if it does.

If you don't do it, and then see some good pics posted up about tomorrow, how much will or won't you be kicking yourself over the $80?

That's ultimately the question

i have an unused voucher i can forward by e-mail.

i think i am done and even if i am not done, i have 2 ikon days remaining. somehow one of my 6 killington days this year doesn't show up on my pass redemptions. so if i do decide to go i am covered. first regular poster to DM their e-mail gets it.

Might have been my last day of the season. (Day 150, 3.2 million vertical.)

Snow never set up. Skiing was exhausting. Crowd was large. No lift lines, but few chairs going up empty, putting way too many skiers on Superstar.

The rescue shown by Kingslug20 above was impressive and was one of two I saw over the course of the day. Taking a sled down a steep run through moguls while working outside of the toboggan's handles takes a lot of skill and my kudos to those patrolmen. BTW: Kingslug: I think that's me on the far right side of that photo.

Saw two guys with lurks at Killington last Friday, including the guy I think youโ€™re talking about, he had a long beard and was spinning in circles doing some kind of ski ballet

I'm curious what folks do for hydration when skiing? Usually I carry a collapsible half liter bottle in a pocket which I refill at lunch and I'm ok for the full day. But a few weeks ago I was a K on a very warm day and by 3:00 I was sooooo thirsty. (Still skied till close tho) Next time I'll try using the 1.5L hydration vest I wear for mtn biking. I couldn't imagine going even a half day on zero water.

I take a few swigs of a plastic Poland spring to make a little room, then crush the bottle so itโ€™s flatter, then put it in my inner front pocket on my jacket. I should prob just get a silicone type reusable soft bottle

If you are able to refill at lunch, what is the issue with popping into the lodge later in the day to refill again ? Beats carrying an enormous quantity of water with you all day โ€ฆ

If you are not wearing a jacket, a couple of these in a FlipBelt work nicely:

Camelbaks are ok, too, but they make sitting back in the chair a bit awkward when full.
