Sometimes when I smoke a Blunt and the roach is about to burn my $150.00 Hestra gloves.....I just toss it off the lift, My question to you all is, "Does that make me a bad person"?
Or should I look at it in this light.
Litter creates that three letter word"JOBS"?
what say youz? --

Of course it makes you a BAD person! Inconsiderate too.
'All the world is my ashtray."
It's attitudes like yours that give the good people of NJ a bad rep.

Litter also creates a four letter word "COST" which eventually winds it's way into my ticket prices.
I am in the mountains all four seasons; it's the natural world I appreciate. If I want to walk, hike, ski through litter I'll go the TRANSFER STATION in town.

I never saw you sliding down the lift path with a garbage bag at Sundown picking the stuff up:-D

btw how is that job assigned? If your late you automatically get to do it?
That's because I was in Loss Prevention and was not a liftee. :D :D :D I had the far more important job of scanning all the tickets and getting harassed by punk-ass kids (or hit on by drunken snowboarders)!

Alot of the littering at Blue mountain happens at night...Anyway there's this season passholder dbag at Blue mountain who is a knowitall and thinks he's gods gift to skiing because he has a Jester hat and skids his turns..anyway..I was riding the lift with him and he tossed a Heiniken bottle right off the chair and I watched it smash to 500 pieces..I feel bad for the poor wildlife who suffer from that..all he had to do was put the bottle into a pocket and throw it out. When I lived in Montana I witnessed people chucking entire fast food bags out the window..I thought they called that Gods country..

I try to remain laidback when I ski and hold my cool when people step on my ski tails in the liftline or don't know how to merge..but the next time I see somebody litter..I'm going apeshit!!

If I wasn't so civil I'd take his Jester hat, blow my nose in it and drop it down with his litter. "Oh, sorry, I thought that was a tissue!"

I saw that happen at the Framingham Mass. I-90 Rest area last month. Fellow was accelerating onto the highway, rolls down his window as he is merging and chucks a fully loaded McD's bag into traffic. I honked, gave him a dirty look, but all he did was feign ignorance. I'd like to put him in traffic with the Corrections convicts on litter patrol for a day.

Jiminy used to have that big square thing, It looked like an old lift tower foundation under their triple. Lot's of people threw stuff in there, again at least it consolidated the trash.

Don't smoke blunts those are for gangsters.
It's like letting whoever rolled it make out with you.

I don't see a LOT of harm in throwing a blunt on the ground, but I don't agree with it. Cigarettes are a big NO.

If you're gonna smoke, why not use glass? It's pretty, good conversation piece, it tastes much better AND if you are conscious about where you buy it, you can be supporting a local artist

I like the strategy of shoving him off the chair, and hoping he lands face first in his shattered glass heineken bottle. That would be hilarious.

I corrected this for you.

CamelBack is just as bad. The last time I was there, about six years ago.

They're both in the Poconos and both draw from NJ. Two strikes.

Blue mountain has employees who walk up and down the liftlines with garbage bags..I actually once wiped out because I tried to jib a 32 ounce gatorade bottle..I got pawned like a fish..mad Homer Simpson..Doh!!!!
